A LETTER FROM JENN

I’ve started growing an incredible community over the past couple of years through my posing and content creation videos. But – as you’ve also probably heard from me – content creation isn’t just about taking photos. It’s a skill that I deeply believe leads to higher confidence, self-love, courage, and – for many – a complete rebirth of how they view themselves. Helping women through this journey of finding confidence through content is a priority to me in everything I do online, so I’ve decided to take it to the next level.

BEFORE THE RETREAT

We can’t wait to meet you! While we have many workshops, excursions and classes planned out, Jenn would like to make sure the retreat is as tailored to your specific needs as possible. She’ll be conducting one-on-one zoom calls with each guest to
talk through what they’re hoping to achieve during the experience, and will incorporate this feedback while conducting the sessions.

WHO IS JENN?

Jenn Maxwell is a TikTok and Instagram content creator who has built her following off of tips and tricks regarding posing, angles, lighting, content creation, and building a social following. With a primarily female audience, she aims to instill self-love and confidence in her following, and encourages all women to worship the body that they’re in.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT SHUTTLE

We will pick you up from SAL Airport and will drop you back off, 24/7! Our bilingual in-house drivers will ensure you will have the most reliable & scenic drive to and from the hotel, including a coconut water and eucalyptus towels.

Choose between our cozy and communal Retreat Suites, luxurious Beachfront & Jungle Bungalows or the latest addition, our cloud-like Tree Houses right at the coast. One of the highlights of this trip will be our food. Enjoy a daily á la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner, oceanfront with tons of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Three daily non-alcoholic juices, smoothies or drinks are includes as well!

Two hours of daily organic fruit bar to keep you nourished and energized all day. Includes fruit from local farms and carefully selected granola and protein bars!

CONTENT WORKSHOPS

The core of the Retreat! We believe that content goes beyond taking photos. It’s all about building confidence, independence, courage and – for some – a complete rebirth of our sense of self. We will be creating content almost daily, making sure you’ll leave the Retreat Center with tons of photos and all the know-how.

CONFIDENCE WORKSHOPS

Jenn created multiple workshops that will set you up for a life filled with self-love, confidence and courage. With a blend of spiritual practices, technical advise and theoretical concepts, you’ll feel your sense of self shifting.

VISION WORKSHOP

Jenn will lead a group vision workshop that will help you find and craft your distinct personal brand.

JUNGLE WATERFALL TRIP

Waterfalls like you’ve never seen them before! Hidden into the jungle, we will go explore and spend a whole day jumping, diving, swimming, and lounging in and by the magical Waterfalls of Tamanique. Most likely, we’ll be the only ones here.

SUNSET YOGA

Sixty minutes to fully align your mind, body and soul! The beautiful @ligykun will host an oceanfront Yoga Class during Sunset for us.

OCEANFRONT PILATES

The most recognized Pilates studio of the country, @thepilatesstudiosv, will come to Mizata to teach an oceanfront Pilates class just for us. This 45 minute experience will get your body moving and your mind into a calm state.

SOUND HEALING

Two thirds of our body is literally water. No wonder the moon, the tides and everything else affects how we feel. Sound Healings interact with every cell of your body, promote healing and making you feel more at peace. @ligykun will host a 30 minute Sound Healing right by the ocean!

UNLIMITED HORSEBACK RIDING

Take one of our horses for a stroll through the village of Mizata or for a dreamy sunset ride down the beach. As often as you like during the Retreat!

SPA MASSAGE

Enjoy a 60-minute Spa Massage, infused by Aroma Therapy and provided by our certified Massage Therapists.

CANDLE CRAFTING WORKSHOP

We will get together and craft organic soy wax candles with an assortment of pink himalayan salt, dried fruit and flowers.

SELF REFLECTION PORTRAITS

Los Angeles based artist & designer Emerald Padgett will be part of the Retreat, getting to know you and taking a photo of you that she will later paint. You will get the original painted portrait along with a digital version as a memory of the Retreat and your inner & outer beauty!
