Magical

Mizata is such an amazing, magical place! Every day, you can see the outstanding sunrise and sunset. Almost impossible to find in this world…so special! We have been here for two weeks and we do not want to leave this incredible heaven. The whole staff are just the sweetest people. Their service is always on point, they are so caring, polite, and the cutest…The food is delicious and you can tell made with love. Forever grateful!

Most Amazing Trip

My fiancé and I had the MOST amazing trip to Mizata! Everything about Mizata was wonderful, the food was absolutely amazing every day, the juices and smoothies were a healthy treat and a delicious way to start the days. The surf at Mizata point was fun pretty much every day and it was really cool to be able to try different boards. We just can’t say enough about the staff at Mizata, everyone was so incredibly nice and welcoming and approachable. By the time our week was over it felt like we were part of the Mizata family, it was really hard to leave and I think it came with a couple tears even. We will definitely be returning to Mizata in the future for another vacation!! Thank you!!

Best Birthday Get away

Loved every minute there, the best birthday get away my husband has gifted me.. employees are amazing, generous and respectful. Very attentive. The scenery is amazingly beautiful. Great areas for picture taking. Food was good, drinks amazing and a great vibe overall. Front desk Staff is extremely helpful and the lady who gave me a massage has hands of god, it was one of the best massage I’ve ever got and then followed by that hot tea!! she definitely worked on my most concerned area and boy did I feel the difference afterwards. Definitely recommend this place and will absolutely come back.

Must Repeat Experience!

Everything about this place and our trip was incredible. Our group absolutely loved every minute of our stay and we have not been able to stop telling our friends and family about it. The resort was meticulous and absolutely stunning. The second you step foot out of the shuttle from the airport you cant help but feel completely relaxed. The landscaping and views are magical. The food and beverage program was extensive. Totally different concept than every other “surf resort” I had previously been too. We ate our way through the menu and every dish was spectacular. Did the same with cocktails too and they were equally fantastic!

Pure Bliss

This place is exceptional. I feel like we were eating all the time because food and drinks were very good. If you want something special or extra, you just need to let them know and they will make it happen.! I would say its way more than a five star resort!

Fly into San Salvador International Airport (SAL). There are direct flights from 11 US airports. Once at San Salvador Airport, our van and driver are waiting for you! The drive to Mizata then takes approx. 90 min.

What are the seasons like?

El Salvador’s rainy season starts in May and ends in September. If you’re used to Costa Rica rainy season, El Salvador’s is much less intense with rainfall primarily at night. Most guest even enjoy the cozy storms at night time! You will still be able to experience your trip to the fullest, and the surf is amazing during this time. El Salvador is dry from November to April.
