Helena is a certified sex therapist, somatic counselor and Tantra practitioner. Through her client work and five star book “Legendary Lover”, Helena has supported thousands of couples enhancing their relationships by learning sacred rituals, tools and practices for deep connection and intimacy. Her sessions draw on Tantra, embodied therapy, breath work and somatic sexology to help humans inject more joy into their lives.

Everything about this place and our trip was incredible. Our group absolutely loved every minute of our stay and we have not been able to stop telling our friends and family about it. The resort was meticulous and absolutely stunning. The second you step foot out of the shuttle from the airport you cant help but feel completely relaxed. The landscaping and views are magical. The food and beverage program was extensive. Totally different concept than every other “surf resort” I had previously been too. We ate our way through the menu and every dish was spectacular. Did the same with cocktails too and they were equally fantastic!

How do I get here?

Fly into San Salvador International Airport (SAL). There are direct flights from 11 US airports. Once at San Salvador Airport, our van and driver are waiting for you! The drive to Mizata then takes approx. 90 min.

Whats included?

Everything listed under “package” at the top of this page, plus airport shuttle, all taxes and fees are included. Excluded is your airfare, every additional order at the restaurant, spa treatments and a 10% tip.

Is this suitable for Throuples as well?

Mizata is an open-minded space that holds space for all types of love. If you’d like to book with a third partner in your room, please call our Retreat Planner Dianna at +1 949 220 1231.

What if I get sick?

We have insanely flexible cancelation policies. If you get sick before your trip, just call us and we’re happy to issue you a gift card in the same amount valid for 2 years.

What if I change my mind?

Within 7 days after booking, you can cancel for no reason and receive a full refund of your paid amount. For cancellations, please call our Front Desk  +1 (949) 257 2686.

Are the experiences mandatory?

We are all about listening to our body and mind! Everything is optional, and we highly encourage you to take it slow whenever you feel like you need to. If you would like to replace certain experiences with others, please consult Front Desk. An extra fee may apply!

How many other participants are there?

We keep our retreats purposely at a small group volume max. 20 participants.

Can I be granted a discount?

All our prices are non-negotiable, but we do have a scholarship program. You can apply for a scholarship here!
