How do I get here?
Fly into San Salvador International Airport (SAL). There are direct flights from 11 US airports. Once at San Salvador Airport, our van and driver are waiting for you! The drive to Mizata then takes approx. 90 min.
What is included?
Everything listed under “package” at the top of this page, plus airport shuttle, all taxes and fees are included. Excluded is your airfare, every additional order at the restaurant, spa treatments and a 10% tip.
Can I share a room with someone else?
Yes! You can share your room and save around 20% of your trip amount. If you’d like to book with an additional guest in your room, please call our Retreat Planner Dianna at +1 949 220 1231.
What if I get sick?
We have insanely flexible cancelation policies. If you get sick before your trip, just call us and we’re happy to issue you a gift card in the same amount valid for 2 years.
What if I change my mind?
Within 7 days after booking, you can cancel for no reason and receive a full refund of your paid amount. For cancellations, please call our Front Desk +1 (949) 257 2686.
Are all the experiences mandatory?
We are all about listening to our body and mind! Everything is optional, and we highly encourage you to take it slow whenever you feel like you need to. If you would like to replace certain experiences with others, please consult Front Desk. An extra fee may apply!
How many people are staying in a suite with me?
All our suites will be occupied by max. you and three other of the same gender.
Can I be granted a discount?
All our prices are non-negotiable, but we do have a scholarship program. You can apply for a scholarship here!
