The Suites in our Retreat Center consist of four rooms with space for two to six people each. This allows private retreat sizes of 8 to 24 people. Each room comes with four bunks and a king size bed, privacy curtains and hand-crafted furniture. We worked with architect Eva Hinds and her team on designing a space that allows energy to flow flawlessly, after the law of Feng Shui.

YOGA
Our Aromatherapy Massage not only can help one reduce stress, anxiety, and depression but also relieve pain and muscle tension. During this method, essential oils will be used and you will be given a head to toe massage. The oils can be massaged into the skin, or they can be diffused through an oil burner to create probably one of the most enjoyable massage methods.
FITNESS
Our Sports Massage is designed to prevent or even treat specific injuries. Perfect after that double surf session to repair your body and prepare for tomorrow. This type of massage can help with increased blood flow, increased range of motion, and increased flexibility.
SOUND HEALING
Our Deep Tissues Massage is designed for those who have chronic aches or muscle knots. Therapists of this method apply deep pressure onto broader points of the body in order to reach the deepest layers of muscle. The pressure used in this method is deliberate and quite intense. For best results drink plenty of water after the massage.
FOOD
Nourishment is key on any trip or retreat. We’ve traveled all across Central America to source the best chefs, the best ingredients, the best tastes, flavors and spices. The result is an award-winning food concept that is based on the four ancient ingredients of this sacred area – Yuca, Red Silk Bean, Maize and Ayote. Your students and you will be absolutely in love with our organic açaí bowls, vegan breakfast bowls, local sea food plates and authentic tacos.
